Inspired by study tour to Panajachel, Guatemala.
Observed the traditional art of back strap weaving, a practice taught from generation to generation.
The Nomad collection was inspired by this unique experience, incorporating the traditional Guatemalan quarte.

Designs are inspired by zero-waste designers Daniel Silverstein and Holly McQuillian.
Inspired by post-apocalyptic science fiction.

Marring the organic with technology. A hiking line that used zero waste techniques for construction.
Class was asked to conduct market research, create fashion flats and illustrations.
Created samples of our collection and presenting to a panel from Academy sports, using a live model to help present our collection.

Inspired by eastern images, patterns and comfort.
WESTERN NIGHTS
2017
Western Nights is an equestrian competition mini collection. Custom embroidery created using Adobe Illustrator.
The Second garment is created using the zero waste piecing method.

Classroom project with the theme of Halloween.
Inspired by sugar skulls.

Garments were up-cycled from thrift store finds and inspired by the 2015 version of the film "Cinderella."
